Power amplifier (so-called PA) is used for transmitter portion of wireless base station. Manufactured by Gigatec, Inc. PA is the most important factor in base station design in terms of power consumption and cost. So, high reliability, high efficiency, good linearity and low cost are required from the market. We can offer the state of the art PA fully satisfying these tough requirements and have product line up for the various applications below.

1.	W-CDMA/EV-DO Nagase has delivered 20,000 over PAs operating at 800MHz with W-CDMA signal for the network of NTT DoCoMo, the biggest operator in Japan. Also, we have PA line up operating at 1.7GHz and 2.1GHz frequency band.
2.	WiMAX Ready to ship PA with production level for coming demand of fixed/mobile WiMAX base station specified as IEEE802.16d/e standard. PAs operating at 2.3GHz, 2.5GHz and 3.5GHz are available, and you can choose its output power level among +42, +39 and +32dBm. These PAs are also available in TD-CDMA base station use.
3.	MediaFLO PA sample is now available for MediaFLO transmitter launched in the U.S. market and it can be operated at both of 100W output power level with IM40dB emission mask and 70W with IM50dB spec.
4.	Digital TV Our 2,000 over PAs were installed in Japanese terrestrial digital TV market and we are trying to promote our ISDB-T PAs in Brazil where the Japanese standard is employed. ATSC-base PA can be also designed and manufactured, and it will fully comply with customer’s requirement.
5.	Public-Safety Fully customized PA for police, fire and railway radio system are also covered by us. We have lots of experiences in Japanese public-safety system operating at 150MHz, 260MHz, 370MHz, 400MHz and 450MHz each.
